Depending on the season, different famous events will surely arouse your curiosity.
Firstly, Vinum, held in Alba at the end of April. Bra hosts Cheese, a fair which takes place every two years in September. Turin hosts the Salone del Gusto which takes place every two years in October and attracts thousands of visitors. Whilst in Alba, you can visit the characteristic International White Truffle Fair. Should you be interested in searching for truffles, an outing accompanied by an expert “trifulao” can be arranged.

Instead, for those who simply wish to relax, enjoy an afternoon at the pool, not far from the Fior di Farine Bed and Breakfast, or even a game of golf immersed in nature.  Furthermore, wine lovers can visit the numerous town wineries, regional wine shops and different wine estates.

 In the evening, have a night out in one of the many restaurants which strive to offer both originality and tradition, then perhaps after dinner you could choose to see a concert or a play in Monforte or at the Teatro Sociale in Alba, or perhaps one of the numerous events such as the Alba USA Music Festival, Infinity Festival or Food in Film Festival. End the day with a stroll under the starlit sky, which can often be enlivened by dancing, music, poetry or just a glass of good wine.
