If you wish to remain in the area, Alba, with its medieval towers, is just a few kilometres away. The towns and beautiful castles of Barolo, Roddi, Serralunga and Grinzane Cavour are also within a short distance.

You can choose to reach the above mentioned towns either by car, by bike or on foot along the numerous marked trails, charmed by the breathtaking landscape which is revealed at every curve. Or why not on horseback… or by hot air balloon…?

The Savoy residences of the Roero area, located in Guarene, Govone and Magliano Alfieri are of great historical and architectural interest. The winding “Strada Romantica”, with its eleven stops, is between the Roero and the Langhe areas. You will be enchanted by Cherasco and its antiques and collectors markets, as well as by ancient Pollenzo with its Roman architecture and Università del Gusto.

A one-hour drive away: Saluzzo with its artisan shops, the nearby Staffarda Abbey and Manta Castle. Cuneo framed by the Alps and the peak of Monviso. Mondovì, where you can take the historical cable railway to reach the panoramic part of the town. The nearby Vicoforte Sanctuary. Turin with its aristocratic culture, royal palaces, the Egyptian Museum, the Modern Art Gallery, the Mole Antonelliana, the theatres and the fairs (such as the Book Fair).
