Since we grind only organic flour in our mill (certified Icea and Demeter), it was a natural choice to offer our guests an organic breakfast, being in harmony with our style of work and life.
We are convinced that how we think and behave is partly influenced by the food we eat; if our body functions well and is more energetic, our mind will be more relaxed too.
All of the baked products offered on the buffet are prepared with the different types of stone ground organic flours from our mill.
The focaccia breads, pizzas, and various types of biscuits and cakes (tarts, plum-cakes and strudels) are prepared by Margherita. Following the rule of simplicity, no additives or aromas are used in the basic ingredients, therefore enhancing each individual flavour.
The various types of bread are leavened naturally.
Our jams and 100% fruit juices have no added sugar and we also offer a fine selection of organic or fair trade teas and coffees.
The butter, cheese and cold meats are characteristic of our local area. Please inform us of any food intolerances or allergies at your arrival in order to provide suitable foods.
