The Fior di farine Bed and Breakfast was inspired by our desire to welcome admirers of healthy, genuine products as well as those who still believe that work can be done with love and commitment which can be witnessed here as an ongoing tradition.

Careful renovation has given new life to this old house which has been a home to our family, boasting four generations of millers, for many years.

Renovation was carried out conservatively in order to maintain the original layout of the rooms and most of the existing furnishings, thus following the philosophy which gives life to our work, aimed at appreciating forgotten ingredients and ancient techniques. We would be pleased to give you a guided visit of our mill and a taste of the products that we make with our different types of flour.
